In Portugal, Standard deliveries can arrive the destination in 2 to 4 business days. Express deliveries will arrive on the next business day, as long as the order is made before 14h00.
To the remaining countries in Europe, Standard deliveries can arrive in 5 to 10 working days or 2 to 5 in case of an Express delivery.
All orders are accompanied by an invoice stating the exact amount of the purchase in Euros.

The customer has up to 5 days after receiving the goods to exchange or return, except in promotions or sales period, in which we will only accept your exchange.
The goods must be in perfect condition, just as they were delivered, keeping the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. The form attesting to the reason for the return / refund should also be filled out .
The items whose labels have been removed will not be accepted, as well as used or damaged items.
The cost of shipping to Espace Cannelle shall be supported by the customer.
In case of exchange, shipping charges to the customer will be supported by Espace Cannelle.
In case of return, soon as we receive the items, you will be notified by email and subsequently repaid within a maximum of 15 days.
Products lost during the return will not be reimbursed.
