Delivery Information


Espace Cannelle mails through Portuguese CTT for Mainland Portugal, Islands and Spain at the following costs for the express service

Mainland Portugal - 9€
Portugal Islands - 15€
Spain - 15€

(All Liquid products, such as perfumes and diffusers are sold exclusively in Portugal)
(For purchases outside of the EU we do not accept orders below 350€)

For Europe and the rest of the world, Espace Cannelle mails through DHL Express at the following costs;

Europe - 30€
World - 35€ ( Orders above 350 € )


In mainland Portugal/Islands, and Spain, CTT express deliveries can take from 1 to 3 days to reach destination.
For Europe and the world, DHL Express deliveries can take up to 4 days. It takes one day for Europe. Canada & United States up to 2 days.
For Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, South America it can take from 3-4 days. Due to the Covid19 pandemic their might be transportation delays resulting on a longer delivery.
The user can track his package at CTT Express website using the tracking number provided.
All orders come with a receipt with the precise value of your purchase in Euros, as well as a tracking number.
Espace Cannelle will make sure to send the products promptly on the very same day if not, at the latest the next (except on weekends)
Shipping is done every day of the week from Monday to Friday from 10h-18h.
Shipping rates are not excluded of import fees that could be charged when the package reaches the customers destination, we aren´t responsible for these fees, they are defined by the Countries shipping laws and depend on the destination.
For "Books" and "Home" if the order exceeds 2Kg, it will have an additional weight freight that will calculated and visible at checkout.

Returns

The customer has up to 5 days after receiving the goods to exchange or return.
The goods must be in perfect condition, just as they were delivered, keeping the original packaging.
Returns have to be sent by the same shipping company that the clients receive the package from (CTT or DHL). You should contact your Local DHL service for the package collection either through their phone number or email.
The items whose labels have been removed will not be accepted, as well as used or damaged.
The return cost to Espace Cannelle shall be supported by the customer.
In case of exchange, shipping charges will be supported by Espace Cannelle.
In case of a return, as soon as we receive the items, you will be notified by email and subsequently refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
During the sales we only accept exchanges.
Products lost during the return will not be refunded.
