2. Scope & Acceptance By accessing or using www.espacecannelle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply exclusively to individual consumers (not resellers or dealers). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to place an order on this website.
3. Products & Availability We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in colour or appearance may occur. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
⚠️ Note: Liquid products (such as perfumes and diffusers) are sold and shipped exclusively within Portugal due to carrier restrictions.
4. Orders & Contract Formation Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from Espace Cannelle. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.
5. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Euros (€). We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Espace Cannelle does not store your full payment card details.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Shipping & Delivery Shipping costs, carriers, delivery times, and any applicable import fees are detailed in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Espace Cannelle is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese law (DL 24/2014), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 15 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us within 15 days of receipt by email at espacecannelle@gmail.com or by post to Av. Valbom 24B, 2750-508 Cascais, Portugal. You must return the goods within 15 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective or incorrectly sent.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are in their original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. certain cosmetics or fragrances once unsealed), or to goods made to the consumer's specifications.
8. Returns & Refunds Outside of the statutory right of withdrawal, our returns and exchange policy is detailed in our [Refund Policy]. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and invoice. Items with removed labels, or that are used or damaged, will not be accepted.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Espace Cannelle or its licensors and is protected under Portuguese and EU copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Espace Cannelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cascais, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rights.
